Bound by blood to the Chuska Mountains of the Navajo Nation, Loren Anthony earned his position as a true modern day warrior. Helping communities near and far, with this positive paying it forward mindset. Loren Anthony is briefly known as the bad guy of the film industry for walking off the set of an Adam Sandler movie in 2015. He was defending women, elders and Native people who worked in the film industry. While critics warned that actors who walked off would not work again. That was 29 films ago.
Loren Anthony is international working actor, musician, bodybuilder and youth advocate of the Navajo Nation. He also dedicates his life to helping elders, addicts and at risk youth. He is blazing a serious trail in the industry as a true representative for Indian country. In addition to acting and voice over work in such projects as Red Dead Redemption 2 and upcoming Empire of Sin, Loren Anthony is an artist, musician, motivational speaker, health educator and a professional mentor that works closely with at-risk youth.
Loren Anthony dedicates his time to elders with his grassroots organization "Chizh for Cheii" which translates Wood for Grandpa in the Navajo language. Over the years, the organization has helped with thousands of loads of free firewood to keep the elderly warm during the winter. With our film industry on lockdown, Loren Anthony and his close team of awesome friends locked in to provide over 700 food boxes, supplies and water to 700 families on the Navajo and Zuni reservation every week since March of 2020 during the pandemic.
Loren Anthony not only wants to honor our ancestors but honor our youth by paving the way, to have his community proudly claim him, while inspiring and motivate rising warriors to make a positive impact in the world around them.
